Having previously worked in the beauty industry I can only admire from afar her incredible work and I am delighted that she will be pampering some of the Finalists at our Awards ceremony later this month! What services do you offer?
We do bridal make up hair and beauty treatments as well as pampering days.
What is your ‘must-have’ make-up product?
My number one product is concealer and I don’t mean the click pens that you can buy. Proper concealer has many uses and it’s a useful cover up for blemishes, dark circles and as a base for eyeshadow.
What other products are in your make-up bag?
My day make up bag consists of 2 types of foundation, one is a liquid and the other is a mineral powder. Primer for giving me a flawless base. 2 types of mascara, one for thickening and the other for setting. 2 types of eyeliner, one gel and one pencil. 4 different coloured eyeshadows for day wear only, nude, pink, black and green. 4 eyeshadow pencils in purple, blue, brown and beige. Powder blusher. Eyebrow powder cake. 1 lipstick and 3 lipglosses. 1 liquid foundation brush, 1 kabuki brush, 1 powder brush, 2 eyeshadow brushes and a liner brush.
What Bridal packages do you offer?
There are several different bridal packages available but we like to create individual ones for the bride so that she can have exactly what she needs. All brides are unique and have different needs. Packages can be created to include beauty treatments such as manicure and pedicure or massage. Or the bride can have a course of facials. There are hair and make up packages too.
Do you go to out Brides or can they come to you?
We go out to brides on the day of the wedding. If they are getting ready at home or in the venue its not a problem for us. It makes the day less stressful for the bride to have someone come out to them on the day!!
Your Champagne, Truffles & Pamper parties sound divine. Where did you come up with the idea for them & what treatments do they include?
There is a choice of 3 types of party. Just Pamper, Vintage Tea and Pamper or Champagne with Truffles and Pamper. All the pamper parties include a goodie bag for the host and all her guests. They are great for hen days and nights. Foot spas, towels and products will be available for all the guests to use while they wait for a treatment.
Each person will get a treatment and there is a choice of:
Nail File and Paint - Nails are filed and painted using the Jessica Nail care system.
Toe File and Paint - Nails are filed and painted using the Jessica Nail care system.
Neck and Shoulder Massage - De Stress those tense shoulders with this deep massage
Scalp Massage - Great for headaches and tension
Mini Facial - Cleanse, Exfoliate, Tone and Moisturise
Leg and Foot or Hand and Arm Massage - Relax those aching feet
Eyebrow Shape - Define those brows
What is your favourite wedding style?I love a bride that wants something a little bit more than her usual look but still wants to look like herself! It’s the one day that you can look glamorous and it shows in the photos. Its not everyday that you get married.
What is your top make-up tip?
Great skin is the best base for make up. If you look after our skin your make up will look good too. And always wash your make up brushes regularly!

Who inspires you?
I am inspired by Alex Box she is the most creative and talented make up artist I have ever seen. I would love to meet her in person!
If you could make-up anyone on their wedding day who would it be?
I would love to have done the make up of Audrey Hepburn. She is my style icon and has the most amazing face. I also love Rihanna’s looks. She’s a real chameleon and has a lovely oval shaped face.
What is your greatest achievement?
This year I completed my 100th training course. You can never stop learning and there is always something new in the beauty industry.
We hear you are a regular on your local radio – what do you talk about, when are you on and how do we tune in?
I am a regular on BBC Berkshire. You can listen online at
www.bbc.co.uk/berkshire or tune in to 95.4FM or 104.1FM. I am on the parent panel at present every other Wednesday from the 9
th until the 21
st December. I talk about all kinds of topics including beauty and wedding trends as well as current news items.
If you weren’t doing this job what do you think you would be doing?
If I wasn’t doing this I think I would be working in travel. I love going to other countries and have been lucky enough to do a wedding abroad.
How do you spend your time when you are not working?
I wish I had time for hobbies. I love to catch up with friends for meals out or coffee. I also enjoy the occasional spa break with friends too.
