This
morning I went out to meet up with some gorgeous and very talented suppliers
and a consultation with a prospective client.
Both had been kind enough to agree to meet up in Milton Keynes which was
perfect, because I had a networking meeting to attend in the afternoon.
After a couple of lattes the meeting were
over and very successful, so I headed over the networking meeting in the
city. I listened as the guest speaker
passed on some very useful motivation and assertiveness tips which I hope to
put into good practice in the future.
Once
back home I spent hours flicking in and out of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and
WordPress. It’s so easy to get distracted by social networking, but you have to
keep networking whether it’s online or face to face in this business, as
sometimes it can come down to who you know that gets you the business.
One of
